Welcome to my blog about my daughter Grace Schiller’s experience as the 2016 Boston & New England Rose. Grace received this wonderful honor on May 21, 2016, after competing with many other talented young women of Irish descent from the Boston area.
Our family is very proud of Grace and we look forward to the exciting experience we will share together, as she embarks on her Ireland journey in August, to compete in the International Festival for the coveted Rose of Tralee crown!
We are especially grateful to all of the wonderful people associated with the Boston Rose committee. They are a committed and caring group of individuals who believe in and support the mission of the Rose of Tralee Festival – the celebration of Irish heritage and the coming together of Irish Diaspora.
